associator application
一、This
association is organized as associator structure. Any one who wants to
participate is required for these terms:
（一）Accept
and support this term
（二）Has
the desire to participant this association
（三）You
would like to provide the resource or use the resource of this
association
Associate
consist of three parts: national nonprofit associator, foreign
nonprofit associator, profit associator.
二、According
to the terms in “Chinese linguistic data consortium”, associators
has the following rights and obligation.
2.1 All
associators have the following rights:

Participant
the campaign of this association.
2.1.2
Acquire
the free resource of this association.
2.1.3
Acquire
the privacy and preferential price of this association.
2.1.4
To
comment the work of this association.
2.2 All
associators have the following obligations:
2.2.1
Obey these terms
2.2.2
Perform
the decision of this association
2.2.3
Render
fees on time
2.2.4
Vindicate
the rights of this association
2.3 Services
for associators include:
2.3.1
Associators
can receive introductive resource building materials of the
association.and newest resource samples.
2.3.2
Associators
can use part of resources defined by the association for free.
2.3.3
Associators
can get discount of non-free resources while had joined to CLDC
.
三、Associators
fee standard and discount :
3.1
Associators fee standard:
3.1.1 Associators
fee
pay the time: From June 1 to June 30 every year.
3.1.2 Associators
fee
classification:
a. The research organization of China
and commercial organization of China:500RMB
b. Foreign research
organization and foreign
commercial organization:500USD
3.2 Discount:
3.2.1 The 1th year : 90%
3.2.2 The 2nd year: 85%
3.2.3 The 3rd year: 80%.
Attention:
Later discount according to 80% computation.

Associator
Application Program
1.
Download the application table for associators, fill in it and
have the common seal. (Three copies for one application)
2.Submit the application for secretaries of resource
building and management
committee, China Chinese
Information Association.
3. Resource
building and management committee, China Chinese Information
Association, discusses it and agrees for the application.
4. Become a
formal associator, enjoy and carry out rights and obligations of
assoicators prescribed in <
Chinese linguistic data consortium>.
