本资源库是在国家863子课题支持下，针对影响语流基频和时长信息的各种因素，建立了以广播语气为主，包括了疑问、感叹语气的大规模、多领域的自然广播语流语料库。

Under the support of the-863-project, a large-scale and domain-independent natural broadcasting speech corpus has been built, which mainly includes paragraphs and sentences of broadcast mood ,also of question mood and exclamatory mood. This corpus considers the various influencing factors to the pitch and time-scale of speech.
